Airlines make nearly all their fares Disney that are available to the general public available through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, Orlando is made available through all channels. Web fares, however, hotel and packages are different than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an Disney airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, and are offered Orlando at very low prices. You hotel may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are packages responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and Disney and Orlando login hotel information. You may only packages use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. Disney and Orlando You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent hotel or speculative reservation or packages any reservation Disney in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, Orlando threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage hotel conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, packages and Disney give rise to civil liability, or otherwise Orlando violate any law; or for any other purpose that hotel is unlawful or prohibited packages by these Terms. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel Disney and Orlando it chooses. Our agreement hotel contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect packages discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available Disney and Orlando and hotel on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them packages from offering any fare through any other channel.
